Chapati (5 Nos) 2. Dal (150 Gms) 3. Rice (100 Gms) 4. One Dry Vegetable (Seasonal) 5. Pickle 6. One Sweet Piece With 50 Gms Pure Desi Ghee (In Case Of Not Giving Or Taking Rice, 2 Chapatis Will Have To Be Given Extra) Along With Seating Arrangement And Pure Drinking Water Arrangement, Tea Should Be Given At Least Once In The Quantity Of 125 Ml Which Should Be 50% Milk, Arrangement Of Milk And Nanny For The Children Of The Trainees. Breakfast Will Consist Of 150 Grams Of Poha Or 2 Pieces Of Kachori/Samosa Or Masala Paratha And Curd Or 150 Grams Of Upma. There Will Be No Dinner On The Last Day Of Training And There Will Be No Overnight Stay, Hence Payment Will Be Made At Half The Rate On The Last Day..
