Indira Gandhi Canal Project Rajasthan has published Excavation Of New Tube Well Including All Accessories At Dabla ( Excluding Excavation Work Of Tube Well ) Supply Of Tube Well Accessories S&F tube well cover of MS sheet8mm thick at top & 5 mm thick 100 mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GInipple 45 cm long & Two GI flanges at both end in 80 mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet . A 25mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate (as per drawing enclosed ). A GI nipple having outside thread of Size 1/2 ( for installation pressure gauge ) shall be provided & welded with 80 mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be proided with end plug.250mm dia 2 proving and fixing of double flanged , CI body , ISI marked NRV of approved make of follwing sizes. 65 mm dia 3 supplying & installing 100 mm diameter sealed diaphragm bourdon type pressure gauge of 0 to 10 kg. including all jointing material as per specification with safety cover 4 Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump Set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS:8034-2011 (pump) and is 9283-2013(Motor ) or amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well /DCB . the job includes lowering of motor pump ,installation of complete fitting & accessories , jointing Of electrical cables up to switch board , testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains , complete in all respect 19 KW (25 HP) & head above 120 mtr 5 P & Laying ISI PVC insulated submersible cable confirming to IS 694 with flexible copper conductor including making connection etc as required 10sqm 3core flat/round Gr -2 6 P & F G.I. Pipes (External work) with G.I. fittings (IS:1239 Mark) including trenching & refilling earth etc.(80mm) class B 7 Supply and fixing of electric control panel of 16 SWG (CRCA) in masonary wall for suitable for 2 Nos. electric driven pump sets comprising MCCB, MCB automatic star delta starter, ampere meter, volt meter, phase preventer, phase indicator, lighting arrangement ctc. complete suitable for three pump set. All these equipments shall be fixed on 12 mm thick backlite sheet which fixed on MS angle frame of size 1800X1200 i.e. made angle iron 50X50X6 mm including making good the surface of wall.
