Equipment should perform quantitatively critical care parameter instantly as point of care testing. 2. The instrument should give high sensitivity, precise and reliable quantitative results. The analyzer must be based on microfluidic capillary flow and lateral flow fluorescent assay? or immune-chromatography measuringprinciple. 3. POC analyser should be able to measure reliably and accuratelyresults for the diagnosis of Cardio-vascular diseases & Sepsis biomarker : Procalcitonin (PCT), Troponin 1. BNP, CK-MB, Myoglobin, D Dimer, Troponin I. CK-MB & BNP (Combo), IL-6, CRP. 4. Preferably single step method with separate reagent! curd for each parameter measuring analytes quantitatively. 5.
