Department Of Local Bodies has published Tender For Necessary Repair And Beautification Work In Various Parks In Ward No. 131- 1 (4.4.1) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts,ridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable materialwith all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below 2 (4.2.1) Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301 In all type of soil 3 (1.1.3) Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Stone, boulders, gravelly material upto 10Km 4 (9.2) Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid manually, compacting with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.c 5 (9.5.1) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion PCC M-20 6 (10.1) Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 7 (9.11) Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. 8 (9.12) Removing & re-fixing of precast cement concrete interlocking paving blocks of all sizes over 50 mm thick course sand bedding (duly compacted) including filling of joints with sand complete in all respect. 9 ( 30.21.1) Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Light shade using white cement. 10 ( 13.2.2) Random rubble stone masonry work in cement mortar with mechanical mixer in foundation (at any level) complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per clause 1000 and 1400 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery but excluding pointing and plastering. In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 (14.5.1 ) Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on Brick/stone work in substructure/ super structure at any height complete as per clause 1312 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc.12 mm plaster on brick work 12 ( 33.69.1 ) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface). 13 (10.5.2) Painting two coats on specified surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, after thorough cleaning and necessary filling to give even shade as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour On steel surface. 14 (29.26.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 15 (17.80.1) Supplying & fixing 560mm dia opening SFRC manhole frame & cover as per IS : 12592-2002 in existing manholes including grouting the frame in PCC M-15 complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer. .
