Department Of Local Bodies has published Tender For Under The Swachhta Survey 2024 The Work Of Getting Civil Work Done In West To Wonder Park Located In Mansarover Zone- 1 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 2 Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301. In all type of soil 3 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking 10 KM 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar.75mm thick. aggregate 20mm nominal size). 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement :1.5 fine/ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 7 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 8 Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 9 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 10 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 12 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approvedsteel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 13 Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 14 Providing and fixing of concrete interlocking tiles or desired snape of M 30 grade manufactured form fully computerized automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per 6717:2001 the C.C. inter locking paninglocks be laid on ovarage 50 mm. thik bed of coarse sand and the soint is to be filled with fine sand laying procedure on compalted sub base as defind complete lab is to be executed as per the instrultuion of engineerncnarge. The rates to be inclusive of all read & lifts etc. complete as per specification tensill spliting strength abrasion and braking load etc as per BS 6717:2001 oreg cement60mmthik . 15 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).Light shade using white cement .
