Department Of Local Bodies has published Operation And Maintenance Work Of Road Lights Of Ward No . 01 To 80 And Main Roads Of Nnb , Maintenance And Operating Work Of Switch Point Monthly Complete Metere Reading ., daily operation ( on-off ) & maintenance of switching point including daily maintaining of log sheet , monthly energy meter reading of switching point of existing system of street lights ( ward no . 1 to 80 , main roads and parks ) and time to time intimate to site incharge/engineer incharge and if any type of need from jdvvnl immediately inform related office . , note :- a . on-off must be done timely sunrise/sunset . if any special case as per direction by engineer in charge . b . monthly energy meter reading report ( soft copy and hard copy ) of switching point must be submitted in provided performa by electrical department of nagar nigam bikaner otherwise bill should not be paid to contractor . c . authorized working supervisor and staff must be connectivity with zonal staff/jen/aen/xen/commissioner and available in precribed working time . d . before starting work to inform to related jdvvnl sub station and take needful safety direction and equipement & tools . e . contractor must be deploy required and sufficient number of staff and all deployed staff required qualification , skilled & insured with similar work experienced holder . f . contractor must maintain logsheet on-off and put up timly through authorized person on daily basis to light inspector . , g . contractor must be liable to do the work with required safety precaution with tools and liable for any type of mishappening . there is no claim for the same to bmc . h . if contractor failure to do the work timely then bmc can be panelized to contractor as per term & conditions . .
