( Sh- supply installation testing and commissioning Of Electrical Mv Distribution Panel At Ground Floor In Ea Panel Room ) . , sitc of indoor cubical type floor mounting , powder coated ( in approved colour ) panel suitable for 415 volt 3 phase 4 wire 50 hz , ac supply system made out of 16 gauge crca sheet with dust and vermin proof , hinged doors for cable alley , separate busbar chambers , provision for earth termination , knock outs for incoming and out going cables and 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 200 amp capacity for phases and neutral with colour code heat shrinkable sleeves , connectors , epoxy insulators , gromats , all interconnections between busbar , seven tank painting process and sign writting i/c interconnection with suitable size of copper conductor wire /solid copper conductor with ferrules , lugs , crimping the lugs etc . complete as per specifications attached . mccb shall be provided with handle interlock& door interlock having electrical and mechanical interlocking arrangement , cts , digital multifuction meter to indicate voltage , current , frequency & other parameters , control fuses , led indicating lamps and frls pvc insulated copper conductor wires of 2 . 5 sqmm /adequate size to carry full load current shall be used , interconnectionsbetween busbar to outgoing switchgear by adequate size of solid alu . busbar . interconnections required from switchgear to connectors shall be done with adequate rating copper conductors . the entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 50mmx5mm at rear with 2 nos . earth studs . the panel shall be mounted on suitable size base channel , minor civil works , panel shall be made as per cpri guidelines and relevant is /iec codes etc . as reqd . the panel shall incorporate of following items: , incomer s , a ) supplying and fixing of 200 amp rating four pole mccb with thermal and magnetic release with 36 ka breaking capacity , ics=100% lcu and 200-250 a thermal release range with , u/v relay and rotary handle , spreader links et as required - 4 nos , out goings , b ) supplying and fixing of 200 amp rating four pole mccb with thermal and magnetic release with 36 ka breaking capacity , ics=100% lcu and 200-250 a thermal release range with rotary handle , spreader links et as required- 2 nos , c ) supplying and fixing of 4 strip 200 amp rating aluminium bus of suitable length along with all accessories etc complete as reqd . - 1 set , d ) supplying and fixing of cl 1 . 0 digital multi function meter with rs-485 port complete as reqd . - 1 set ( m/s l&t mfm4410 or ss ) , e ) led type indicating lamp- 12 nos , f ) suitable rating metering cts -03 nos , h ) hooter for main supply off- 01 a/w dc input supply port , 1 . drawing of the above panel should be got approved from engineer-in-charge before ordering the panel for fabrication . 2 . interlocking between all incomers should be such that only one incomer shall be in sitch on condition at a time . .
