Cleaning / Dusting With Steel Wire Brush, Emery Paper, Scrapper And Cotton Waste Etc. N3. Repair Action For 14 X Repairable A Frame To Be Carried Out As Per Direction Of Sk / Ag / Ge. Spare Parts For Repairable Store To Be Provided By Department. Welding Action To Be Carried Out By Contractor. N4.Apply Non Skid Surfacing Powder ( Carborundum Or Quartz Sand Granulation 0.5Mm To 1Mm ) ( Make - Eagle / Equivalent ) Maually With Lotion Of Araldite Softener And Hardener I.E. 100:80 Ratio Respectively. Hand Roller Should Be Used To Fix The Non Skid Powder. Remaining Area To Be Painted With Aluminium Paint. N6. Painting Manually With Painting Brushes With Two Coat Of Aluminium Paint ( Make – Asian / Nerolac / Berger ) Except Non Skid Area. N7.
