Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Periodical Services To Otm And Md Accn Under Ge (W) Jrc - 1 Taking down cement plaster on wall built in cement or cement lime mortar incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing out with water etc complete. 2 M&L 15mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 onbrick/concrete surfaceand finishing the surface mixed with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement and smooth with out using extra cement. (Water proofing compound shall be mixed as per manufactured instruction and paid separatlyas per respective items) 3 Supply only integral water proofing compound. Make : ACC/Water Seal/Doctor Fix etc. 4 M&L for removing existing paint by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander : L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism)having RPM between 600-1500, sandingpaper of 60/80 Grit having dia of 7/9to make thesurface free from dust, loose paintetc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M&L for sanding of the surface with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism)having RPM between 600-1500, sandingpaper of 180 Grit having dia of 7/9to make thesurface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion paint @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machineof paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minutehaving a pressureof3300PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs todry the surface in between both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 M&L for preparing of old surfacesof walls and applying one coat (1-2mm)ofbirla white putty and finished smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 8 M&L for one coat of interior emulsion paint @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10SQM diluted with water in 1:1 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machineof paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minutehaving a pressureof3300PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs todry the surface in between both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls incl, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts& trading oil and greesing spots etc & applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and incl a coat of primer as permanufacurers instructions and directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of colour(lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white(lime) wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 12 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, washing rubbing down and stooping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 13 M&L forcomplete removal of existing treatments by washing, rubbing down and stopping etc on wall and appliedtwo coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 17 Uprooting of trees, grass bushes etc from brickwall/roof/ other Part of building including dismantlingthe requiredbrick work/ roof tiles /mud/concrete etc for uprootingthe vegetation etc and make good the same to match with existing surfacewith same materialor concrete1:2:4 after pouringthe chemical (Which destroy the growth of vegetation to the placewherevegetation remove.The rate for scaffoldingor any other arrangementrequiredduring this process upto 10 mtr heightincluded. 18 M&Lfor repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying .
