Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Provision Of 01 X Rain Water Harvesting With Allied Facilities Near Bldg. P-438 (Unit Line) At 23 Fad (Main) Suranussi Under Age(I) Suranussi; 1 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified 2 Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified. 3 Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m and n exc 4.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified. 4 Material & labour cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified 5 Material & labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and shown on drg No CEJZ/WD-292/07 sheet No 1/2 to 2/2. 6 Material and labour for Providing precast factory made cement concrete1:2:4 Type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate ) set in cement mortar 1:4 for different sizes of cover slabs(for man holes and drains etc.)chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain facescomplete after placing in position over septic tanks/manhole covers/drain covers complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. 7 Material & labour 15mm thick plastering/ rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 8 Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Hori-zontal or sloping) rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified 9 Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm thick and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm in depth and rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified. 10 Material & Labour RCC M-25 desigh mix graded concrete using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in slab supported on wall, deck sab etc. complete all as specified and shown on drg No CEJZ/WD-292/07 Sheet 1/2 to 2/2 11 Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars, up to and including 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.shown on drg No CEJZ/WD-292/07 sheet No 1/2 to 2/2. 12 All as per Srl item No 11 above but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified 13 M&L for Boring 300mm Dia holes 30 m deep in any type of soil for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 mComplete all as specified and directed.. 14 S&F UPVC pipes (SCH-40) 150mm bore dia incl all necessary fitting Complete all as specified and directed.. 15 S&F UPVC pipes (SCH-40) (Blind)150mm bore dia incl Plug Cap and all necessary fitting Complete all as specified and directed.. 16 S&F UPVC pipes (SCH-40) (Slotted)150mm bore dia incl Bail Plug and all necessary fitting Complete all as specified and directed.. 17 M&L for filling 12.5mm Graded coarse aggregates in harvesting pit upto height 0.50m Complete all as specified and directed.. 18 M&L for filling 3mm to 5mm PEA Gravel in harvesting pit Complete all as specified and directed.. 19 M&L for filling Coarse Sand in harvesting pit upto height 0.50m Complete all as specified and directed.. 20 Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil all as spd. 21 Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point as specified and directed 22 M & L for 200mm bore of pipe Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars 23 M & L for 300mm bore of pipe Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars 24 M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed ofsurface channels and drains all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge. 25 M&L Extra for forming fair finised drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends 26 M & L Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plane to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 27 M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3on fairfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. 28 M&L PCC Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graged aggregate asin , steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed .
