Indian Army has published Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Office Space; Substation; Service Provider Supply of liquid chlorine gas conforming to IS-646, in departmental cylinders, of capacity 100 kg per cylinder including transportation of empty cylinders from BML installation of GE (North) Patiala to refilling point, cleaning and getting it filled (refilled) with chlorine gas and depositing back complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including all test of filled cylinder, like leakage test, pressure test etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Chlorine gas shall be supplied in cylinders having net weight of chlorine gas cylinder 100 Kg or adequate capacity cylinders as approved by GE. -30 Nos (b) Necessary test certificate for chlorine gas cylinder from Gov lab/ ISO certified agency or lab as approved by GE shall be produced by the contractor and cost of testing of empty cylinder shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item.. 2 Replacement of defective valve complete by OEM of chlorine gas cylinders with new valve of bronze silicon body with monel spindle ISI marked including removing of existing unserviceable valve all as specified and directed -02 Nos 3 Washing, cleaning, drying and painting of chlorine gas cylinders all as directed and specified.-30 Nos Total Quantity :.
