Water Corporation Of Odisha has published Provision For Procurement Of Different Dia Full Bore Type Electromagnetic Water Flow Meter For Implementation Of Drinking Water Supply At 129 Mld Wtp, Cda Sector-13, Cuttack- Cutting of bitumens road forfitting fixing of water meterremoval ofdebries by Tractor-trolley including , transportation, all labours, T&P etc. all completeas per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Earth work in all kinds of soil intrenches within 50m. initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including levelling, dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth & as per direction of the engineer –in –charge. 3 Supplying all materials, labour, and T&P for providing mechanical joints to flange socket as per relevant IS with suitable flanged joints and fitting & fixing of following in pipe as per specification including testing with cost of all jointing materials, transportation to site etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 200mm dia Dismantled Joint 5 200mm dia Dismantled Joint 6 1100mm dia Dismantled Joint 7 Supplying all labour and T&P for cutting of following dia M.S pipe of following thick in treaches by gas cutter set of pocket etc all complete. 8 200mm dia pipe 9 1000mm dia pipe(10mm thick) 10 1100mm dia pipe(10mm thick) 11 Supplying all materials labour T&P for jointing following dia M.S pipe 5 to 12mm thick with M.S Flangei n treaches by Electric arc welding & generator set for installation of Flow meter. 12 Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for making flanged joints for as pipes and specials of the following diameter including testing of joints as per specification and direction of Enginee-in-charge including cost of flange. 14 200mm dia Flange(12mm thick) 15 1000mm dia Flange(24mm thick) 16 1100mm dia Flange(26mm thick) 17 Supplying all labour, T&P materials etc. and the construction of brick masonary sluice valve chamber of over all of following internal earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil laying of 150mm thick CC (1:3:6) with crusher broken hard granite metal up to 4cm size metal 250mm thick brick masonary work in C.M(1:4) with fly ash bricks having crushing strength between 75kg/cmsq. 12mm thick cement plastering with C.M(1:3) for inside surfaces and out side cement pointing etc. all complete as per the approved drawing if any and the direction of Engineeer-in-charge or R.C.C Chamber including pre cast cover slab with M-25 concrete. 18 Size :-2.00m x 2.00m x2.40m 19 Size :-1.20m x 1.20m x 1.20m 20 Supply, Fitting, fixing & commissioning of follwing dia bulk electromagnetic water meter with develoment of the application for monitoring and reporting and (in .xlsx format & GUI) the LIVE data of total flow and pressure in each area of the water distribution channel and integrate the application with an existing PHEO application.
