Rural Works Department has published Tender For 2 Nos E Type Qtr Jankia Police Station For The Year 2025-26- 1 Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50mt. lead etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. doors, windows & grill gate of approved design and fixing in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials, all labour taxes with all T&P etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonary walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. completer with cost, conveyance, loading, unkloading, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Finishig Wall with Weather seal Coat two coats of approved shade to out side the wall surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Ground Floor 5 First Floor 6 Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Ground floor 7 First floor 8 Distempering two coats over intrior wall surface with Distemper of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.
