Rural Works Department has published Tender For 02 Nos E Type Qtr At Fire Station Tangi For The Year 2025-26- 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 22.5cm (9) thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalties, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Cement Concrete M15 (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost,conveyance,royality,taxes,watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Fly Ash brick work with 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum.(In superstructure) 6 Laterite stone masonry in C.M. (1:6) in F&P including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of stone & materials etc. required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . 7 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) out side/face brick walls etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . 8 Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . 9 Finishing walls with water proofing cement washing of approved shade on new work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . 10 Providing & laying good laterite moorum for filling road flanks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.
