B) The Bidder May Quote For A Single Or Multiple Line Items As Applicable. It Is Not Mandatory To Quote For All The Items. C) If Any Bidder Wants Not To Participate/ Quote For Any One Of The Line Items, The Bidder Shall Put Zero (0) In The Price Bid Against That Line Item. A Financial Quote Of Zero Or Nil Is Treated As An Invalid And Non-Responsive Bid For That Line Item. D) Preferred Bidder Shall Be Evaluated Based On Selected Sample Against Each Item.
