Archaeological Survey Of India has published Tender For Mw Ar To Annual Maintenance And Annual Minor Repair Works At Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri (2024-2025); 1 Provision for removing white or color wash by scrapping and sand papering the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. of various Shiva temples and Shakti temples in temple premises for color washing in eve of festival like Navaratri and Maha Shivaratri as per request of Temple administration etc. 2 Providing and applying two coats of weather coat paint on interior and exterior faces of approved brand of pale rose/off white/ivory/white of matching color over the Shiva temple and Shakti temples as per request of temple administration in eve of Maha Shiva ratri and Dushera etc. 3 Provision for replacement of old wooden door and windows of Site store located in temple premises with upvc sliding doors and windows with all fittings fenesta brand or equivalent. etc. 4 Provision for supplying and fixing of 6 no of SS made protection board and cultural notice board all gates of Temple etc. 5 Provision for supply and fixing of new G.I made RACK with single section fixed with or without plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying an approved steel primer coating with all complete for storing of scaffolding materials like pipes ,MS ladders etc. 6 Provision for removing of Corrosion from scaffolding materials like MS ladder, tubular pipes , clamps by scrapping and sand papering and prepare it for priming etc. 7 Provision for ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture for priming of scaffolding material like tubular pipes , MS ladders, clamps , base etc. to protect from corrosion in saline climate like Puri. 8 Provision for carefully dismantling of old decade undulated khndolite tile flooring of Roshaghara apron area from Jamuna well to Megahnada Prachira wall up to Bhoga passage and all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge 9 Provision for cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 coarse of sand derived from natural resources: 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size ) with all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge 10 Providing and laying of machine cut khondolite stone blocks with top rough dressed (Chisel crafted) 0.10 m thickness , 100% new stones by making top surface ant skipped due to more use of water in this kitchen utility area with a bed of wearing coat of lime mortar (1lime:1sand:1surkhi) as per direction of Engineer in charge, purchase directly from OMC stock yard Samang Puri with transportation loading unloading charges covering a road distance of 8 Km to Simhadwar main gate 11 Provision for preparation of surface crack /stone joints to u/v shape by means of cutting of a depth of minimum 15 mm, cleaning of joints and sealing the joint with polymer modified cementious (PMC) joint sealant with 8% polymer loading. The sealant mix should be ordinary port land cement (OPC), Khandolite stone dust and arcys base polymer emulation in the ration of 1:1:1 within the periphery of the temple premises 12 Provision for strengthening and retrofitting to the RCC roof and column of projected cracked shed of Mangala Temple and koili baikuntha Entry gate using anticorrosion adhesive , crack seal agent and ready-mix polymer concrete of high grade with application of appropriated weather resistance water proofing compound including cropping, centering and shuttering and finishing with PMC plaster etc. complete as per the direction o0f the Engineer -In –charge 13 Provision for new cement concrete of ASI store courtyard in the ratio of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course of sand river: four graded aggregates 20mm nominal size to prevent sloppy situation for laborer and staffs during rainy season etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge. 14 Disposal of rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to the approved Municipal dumping ground for lead up to 10 KM for all lifts 15 Provision for replacement of old iron gate of site store with new SS gate .
