Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Provision Of Parking And Allied Works At Ug Iaccs At Af Station Laitkor Peak Under Ge (I) (Af) Shillong - Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 CUM getting out soft/ loose soil, returning filling, in and ramming earth or broken mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in soft loose soil complete all as specified.Note: Returning filling and Removing of surplus soil are deemed to be included in this item. 2 Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified. 3 Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (camouflage pattern as approved by GE) 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fix MS pipe, post and purlins, rafter sect., as in compound girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410W grade E-250 quality including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified. 5 Material and labour for preparation of new and previously untreated steel or ironsurfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat ofred oxideprimer all as specified. 6 Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft or loose soil complete all as specified.Note: Excavation shall only be done through manually 7 Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The top of filled excavation shall be made proud by using the excavated soil to cater for subsequent settlement of soil. 8 Removing excavated materials (soils) exc 50.00 mtr but not exc. 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material and labour for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified. 10 Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified. 11 Material and labour for 40 mm thick Cement (PCC) concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in hardstanding/ sub bases finished the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified. 12 Material and labour for 38 mm width glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick complete all as specified. 13 Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exceeding 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. 14 Material and labour for 15 mm thick renderingin cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved Liquid Water Proofing Compound on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. Note: Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid including this item 15 Material and labour for applying two or more coatsof 100% premium acrylic emulsion (camouflage pattern as approved by GE) paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS-15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces. .
