M/s. TeamBest Asia, Chennai is an authorized service partner of the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the Co-60 Theratron 780E unit. 2. M/s. TeamBest Asia, Chennai will be responsible for proper operation of the unit through cleaning, lubrication, testing, re-adjusting, replacement of parts and repair defects during the currency of the contract. 3. To keep the equipment in up to date condition during the currency of the contract of 1 year. 4. The firm shall carry out 3 Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits per year (once in 4 months). 5. The firm shall carry out 3 emergency visit, if any, in a year. 6. Breakdown emergency call, if any, arising during the course of the contract, shall be attended by the contractor within 48 hrs from the time of intimation. 7. During the currency of the contract if parts are found to be faulty, the firm shall replace them with prior permission from BARC, to put back the system into operation. On satisfactory performance of the unit the cost of the spare(s) shall be paid by BARC. 8. Service partner of OEM shall submit the service report in duplicate, after each preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work. The contractor shall arrange all the tools and equipment required for executing the work. Any spare or consumable item that is required to be arranged by the BARC for proper operation of system should be intimated well in advance for arranging at BARC end. 9. The firm shall employ the Trained Service Engineers for executing the Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of the machine.
