Western Railway has published Supply Of 25 kv earthing/discharge rod assembly, 33kv electric shock proof hand gloves, , 33kv electric shock proof hand gloves for working on high voltage electrical fittings made fro m specially compounded latex for complete insulation, 100% shock proof, smooth finishing inside and outsi de of gloves ,cuff length 6-10 inches, finger type full fingered, glove size- large and medium in equal qua ntity. the product shall be manufactured as per is 4770/1991 or latest. test potential 33000 volts and worki ng potential 26500 volts to be supplied with manufacturer test certificate (one set consists of 2 nos. of glo ves for wearing on left and right hand) make/brand- commander, vidyut, kawach, crystal, raychem, kara m or similar.
