Northern Coalfields Limited has published Daily Cleaning And Washing Of 85T ,100T, 120T, 190T, 205T Dumpers , Dozers And Auxiliary Equipments At Old Workshop And New Workshop Of Nigahi Project For A Period Of 730 Days (Two Years) --- 1 Scope of Work: Daily Cleaning and Washing of 85T/100T Dumpers,etc.,including cleaning of operator cabin with sanitation material for 730 days ( including sunday and holiday) at Old Workshop, Nigahi Project. Daily 06 numbers dumper having average area of 155 sq. mtr. each dumper (6 X 155=930 sq. mtr) has to be cleaned by engaging minimum two nos. unskilled manpower per shiftalong with sanitation material and cleaning accessories. 2 Cost/ charges for Cleaning and washing of 06 nos. Dumper of 85/100T Dumper fleet ,etc.,daily including cleaning of operator cabin on daily basis as per scope of work including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc charges.(Minimum labour consisting of 02 nos. un-skilled manpower to be deployed per shifton daily basis for cleaning & washing of 06 nos. Dumper) 3 Cost/ charges of Sanitation material and cleaning accessories forCleaning and washing of 06 nos. Dumper of 85/100T Dumper fleet , etc. ,daily including cleaning of operator cabin on daily basis as per scope of work 4 Scope of Work: Washing and cleaning of Auxiliary equipment like BG-825 Grader, CAT 24 MotorGrader, BWS 70KL Water Sprinklers , WS28KL Water Sprinklers and CAT 992K Payloader , etc., including cleaning of operator cabin with sanitation material for 365 days ( including sunday and holiday) atAuxiliary Section Old Workshop, Nigahi Project. Daily 10 nos. Dumper having average area of 257.39 sq mtr eachdumper (Total area= 10x257.39=2573.9 sq mtr) has to be cleaned by engaging minimum four nos. unskilled manpower per shiftalong with sanitation material and cleaning accessories. Note: Manpower to be distributed in two shifts. 8 Cost/ charges for Cleaning and washing of 10 nos. Dumper) 9 Cost/ charges of Sanitation material and cleaning accessories for Cleaning and washing of 10 nos. Dumper of 120T, 190T, 100T and 205T Dumpers , etc.fleet daily including cleaning of operator cabin on daily basis as per scope of work 10 Scope of Work:Daily Cleaning and Washing of BD355 Dozers fleet , etc., including cleaning of Operator Cabin and cleaning of mud, oil, grease of Undercarriage with sanitation materials for 365 days ( including sunday and holiday ) at New Workshop and Old WorkshopNigahi Project. Daily 15 nos. BD 355 having average area of 18 sq mtr eachDozer(Total area= 15x18 sq mtr = 270 Sq Mtr.) has to be cleaned by engaging minimum 06 nos. unskilled manpower per shift along with sanitation material and cleaning accessories. 11 Cost/ charges for Cleaning and washing of 15 nos. BD355 Dozerfleet ,etc.,including cleaning of operator cabin and cleaning of mud, oil, grease of Undercarriage on daily basis as per scope of work including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc charges.(Minimum labour consisting of 06 nos. un-skilled manpower to be deployed per shift on daily basis for cleaning & washing of 15 nos.
