Military Engineer Services has published Tender For provision Of Centre Hot Water System At Jco/Or Accn Of 12 Maratha Li Under Age (I) Dhana- 1 Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Hot Water System (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 200 LPD with electric backup heater of 3KW capacity & also rate of solar water system includes thecost of backup stainless steel hot water tank comprising of :(a) Flat Plate collector(as per BIS 12933(b) Stand for the collectors(c) Hot water tank (SS-304)TIG welded with PUF insulation & Stainless Steel Outer cladding(d) Stand for hot water Tank(e) Hydraulic steam hose pipe with check nut(f) Air vent 1 No for each systemNote: The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of PCC for Solar stand 2 Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. 3 S&F Hot Water pipe 15 mm bore, duely insulated with 25mm thick bounded minerall wool performed SYPHON pipe section of density 144 kg/cum including wire mesh and aluminium foil cladding with all fittings and fixed complete to walls all as specified and as directed. 4 S&F Hot Water pipe 20 mm bore, duely insulated with 25mm thick bounded minerall wool performed SYPHON pipe section of density 144 kg/cum including wire mesh and aluminium foilall fittings and fixed complete to walls all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply and fix of gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes of following size:-(a) Bore of pipe 20mm 6 M & L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good not exceeding 150 sq cm in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l 7 M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good surface to match with the existing wall, cutting not exceeding 20cm girth. 8 Supply and install rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 500 Ltrs Capacity (Cylindrcal vertivalwith closed Top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I and also including connection of GI Pipe. 9 Supply and Fix Ball valves of 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) 10 Material and labour for point wiring with 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed single core strandedcopper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, drawn through and including not less than 20 mm size PVC conduit, along with 1.5 sq mm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes (having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mm x 300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm), concealed type, covered with 3.0 mm thick bakelite sheetfor mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed for one light point/Fan point controlled by one switch. 11 Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 x 4 Sq mm PVC insulated single core unsheathed stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC conduit pipe of suitable size ISI marked including continuous running earth wire by 4Sqmm PVC unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including plastic terminal boxes complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and Fixing MCB DB single door SPN2 way, 240 Volt complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Supply and Fixing MCB SPN 32 Amps, 240 Volts, C Curve with breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed. 14 S&F switch piano flush type 15/16 Amps single pole one way all as specified & directed. 15 M & L for socket out let 2-in-1, 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 Amps complete all as specified and directed. 16 M& L for fabrication work of joist , channel, angle or tee sections, flat iron fixed independently, without connecting plates etc complete Fe-410 W (Gde E-250 ) quality B complete for mounting of PVC tank of 500 Ltrs capacity for Solar water heater at staging complete all as specified and directed 17 Supply and fix Bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed .
