( C ) The Complete Records Of Replaced Spare Parts , Other Than Mentioned In Sch A Item No 2 , Will Be Maintained And Will Be Produced To Engineer-In-Charge On Montly Basis Or As And When Asked To Produce The Same . ( D ) The Amc Shall Become In Force Immediately After Issue Of Work Order No 01 . The Lifts Will Be Handed Over To Contractor In As And When Condition And Cost Of All Kind Of Repair/Replacement Of Item To Make It Fully Functional , Other That Mentioned In Sch A Item No-02 , Is Deemed To Be Included In Quoted Rates And No Extra Cost Shall Be Paid To The Contractor In This Effect . ( E ) All The Complaints Will Be Addressed With In 02 Hrs From The Time Of Recipt Of Complaint If , Contracxtor Or His Tradesment Fails To Attend The Complained Within 01 Day From The Time Of Recipt Of Complaint , The Copensation/Penalty Of Rs 500 . 00 ( Rupees Five Hundred Only ) Per Complaint Per Day For First 04 Day And After That Rs 1000 . 00 ( Rs One Thousand Only ) Per Complaint Per Day Shall Be Recovered From The Contractors Dues .
