Size - Length of entire structure 2056mm x Width 915mm x Height of entire structure 1600 mm excluding Mosquito net holding rods (minimum ceiling clearance to be 760 mm) + 10 mm. 2 – Tier bunk beds (Fixed ) with Tail board and head rest of rectangular shape 370mm ht, Supported by four poles ( one at each corner of bed ) – a ladder (used to get to upper bed ) – upper bed surrounded by railing (to prevent the sleeper from falling out), No under storage provision , no drawer/box is required, it should have provision of Mosquito net hanging rod detachable of dia 22mm tube., Ladder to be fixed at width side with 3 nos of steps, proper nut bolting should be threre for more stability. 5 nos of matress panel support to be provided and join them width wise. Knock down construction. Verticle Leg of structure to be made from Tube of size 37.5 mm X 37.5 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness and supporting structure of horizontal section from Tube of size 50 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness, other joining horizontal structure section to be made up of Tube of size 25 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness, Stair rail section for upper level to be made from Tube of size 50 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness and stair steps section from Tube of size 25 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness. Knocked Down - To Be Assembled At Consignee Site By The Seller Upper Bed support rails section - Tube of size 50 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness, Head board sections - Tube of size 50 mm X 25 mm and 25 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness, Tail Board section - Tube of size 50 mm X 25 mm and 25 mm X 25 mm with 1.2 mm wall thickness. Cpmplete metal structure and prts to be powder coated in 60 microns. Matress panel 12mm thick Plywood. as approved by Engineer In Charge. 2 TABLE WITH 3 DRAWER STORAGE 100 Supply and installation of Table - size shall be 1199mm Width x 590mm Depth x 735mm Height . The top panels shall be made from 18 +/- 0.5 mm thick Pre - laminated boards as per with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding on all sides . Also there should be 10 lever cam lock plus handles built in plastic. as approved by Engineer In Charge. 3 CHAIR- 100 Supplying and installing of CHAIR WIDTH(W1) - 473, DEPTH(D1) - 565, DEPTH(D2) - 427, HEIGHT(H1) - 860, SEAT HEIGHT(H2) - 459. Seat Back - Seat back is made of blow molded High-density polyethylene and is fixed on the understructure assembly with the help of Stainless steel pop rivets. Seat - Seat is made of blow molded High-density polyethylene and is fixed on the understructure assembly. Understructure - All side metal frames and cross connectors are made from Mild steel ERW Oblong tubes ,40 x 20 x 1.6mm thk as per IS:7138 which are welded together. The Welded structures andcross connectors are coated with min 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating.Seat support channel made of 1mm thk Mild steel sheet (as per IS:513) is welded to the understructure for fixing seat. Plastic Caps and shoe - The understructure is provided with fixed caps on front side & shoes with adjustable levelerson rear side that is fixed with the help of stainless steel pop rivets. The caps and shoes areinjection molded in co-polymer Polypropylene .
