Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Handling And Conveyance Of Pol From Fpd To Mes E/M Installations Of Ge (Af) Leh; Material and labour including tools and plants, tanker and necessary equipement forHandling and conveyance of POL from FPD Leh to AGE E/M (AF) Lehstore yard and from AGE E/M (AF) Lehstore yard to 114 AHU or Tarmac Power house or at boiler installation etc complete all as specified and directed .Distanace of Each Loaction is as mentioned below :-(a) Distance from FPD to AGE (E/M) MES installation =4.5 KM ( Each Trip) (b) Distance from AGE (E/M) store yard to 114 AHU = 4.5 KM (Each Trip) (c) Distance from AGE (E/M) store yard to Tarmac power house= 4.5 KM (Each Trip)(d) Distance from AGE (E/M) store yard to Boiler locations= 4.5 KM (Each Trip) Notes :(i) The contractor shall deploy Tanker as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The minimum capacity of tanker required is 12000 ltr. (iii) The rate of hiring of tanker including waiting for loading at FPD and unloading at AGE E/M store yard and From AGE E/M store yard to 114 AHU and AGE(E/M) store yard to Tarmac Power house and AGE(E/M) store yard to Boiler installationwith driver and cleaner/helper shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Each trip shall be measured as delivery of fuel to any loaction as mention and specified in(a) to (d) above. Last date of submission for this tender is 2025-08-27.
