Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Supply And Transportation Of Water Through Water Bowers During Winter Season At Af Stn Leh Under Ge Af Leh; 1 Supply and transportation of fresh drinking water through water bowsers to supply water upto 60,000 Ltrs of water per day within AF station Leh. The water is to be filled from water filling station as main pump house at AF station Leh andto be filled in the water tanks of any capacity installed at various locations of AF Station Leh. Water shall be supplied twice a day by AF station as per time decided by GE, the contractor shall collect the water accordingly. 2 Note for item No. 1 above : (a) Fillingof water in water bowsers, transportation and distribution of water in storage tanks at various locations is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(b) In case the contractor is unable to supply water at any day at decided time, a penalty of Rs. 13000 per day shall be charged from contractor.(c) Daily log sheet for records of water supplied shall be maintained and signed by user, mes executives and rep of contractor on daily basis.(d) The contractor has to enusre that the weter will be supplied in two shifts in a day, in morning from 0700 - 1000 hrs and in evening from 1500-1800 Hrs.(e) Hose pipe of required length, engine driven pump of required capacity, water bowsers etc as per site requirement for distribution of drinking water at various locations shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(f) Contractor shall deploy sufficient number of water bowsers to supply and distibution of water strictly as per the timing. .
