Complete 5 Fixing old and new Anjilywood reapers of size50x25 mm with wire nails including cost andConveyance of materials etc . complete. 6 Supplying 1st class MP roofing tiles of size 410x 235 mm or nearest available size with singlegroove 7 Supplying MP hip & ridge tiles 400 mm ornearest available size 8 Roofing with new and department MP roofingtiles 41Ox235 mm or nearest available size(Single groove) 9 Resetting old and new MP hip and ridge tles(400 mm or nearest available size) setincement mortar 1:4 10 Valleying with aluminium sheet 0.4 mm thick ornearest available thickness 3 feet wide withoverlap 150 mm at joints excluding plankingand including nails etc. complete 11 Removing white or colour wash by scrappingand sand papering and preparing the sufacesmooth including necessary repairsScratches etc. complete 12 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work 14 Appendix II - Painting to Vilakkazhy 15 Waterwahing and cleaning the old dirty paintedWooden vilakkazhy by using wire brush, sandpaper and soap water etc.. including labourcharges etc 16 Washing and cleaning the exisitng brass lampusing soda water diesel oil and brush etc.complete 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint ofapproved brand and manufacture of requiredcolour to qgive an even shade : One or moreCoats on old work .
