Transformer And Electricals Kerala Limited has published Tender For Biennial Contact For House Keeping Of Telk Campus- 1 PART (A)Complete upkeeping of offices, residential building and toilets in TELK by Sweeping, wet cloth moping, cleaning of sanitary fittings, floor and wall tiles, cleaning of premises of toiletsetc. as detailed below by deploying a minimum of 8 trained Women labourers including cost of labour and material.Please refer Detailed Specification of Work under BOQ Part - A (Annexure - A). Total 610 working days are considered during two years period.(Lump Sum rate per day for undertaking the above scope of work deploying a minimum of 8 trained Women labourersincluding cost of labour and material shall be quoted here). 2 PART (A)Supply ofspeciallabourforclosingleakagesofroofoffactorybuildings, office & residentialbuildingsusingtar felt,roofingcompound&leakproofingmaterialsincludingchangingofhookbolts&washers,asbestos&polycarbonatesheets and repairing & painting of gutters & down water pipes with Al/AC sheets &MS plates etc.completeasandwhen required.
