Military Engineer Services has published Outsourcing Services For Manning And Operation Of Substations No 1 4 And 9 Under Age E_M Maint At Ina Ezhimala As Per Boq And Tender Documents , Note Applicable For All Items Of Boq:- ( For Special Attention Of Bidders ) If The Lowest Quoted Amount Is Less Than The Estimated Cost Of The Work Mentioned In Nit , The Lowest Bidder Will Have To Submit Fdr/Bgb In Favour Of Accepting Officer Within 7 ( Seven ) Days Of Opening Of Financial Bid For The Difference In Estimated Cost And Quoted Amount . In Case The Said Fdr/Bgb Is Not Submitted Within Stipulated Period As Mentioned Above , The Contractor Shall Be Banned For 6 Months And His Bid Will Be Rejected . He Shall Be Well Conversant With Preventive Measures ( First Aid ) In Case Of Electrical Accidents And Fire Fighting Systems And Maintain Log Books For Sub Stations ( Iii ) The Unit Rate Quoted Shall Include Stationery Required To Maintain Attendance Register , Duty Roster , Payment Register , Display Board , Complaint Register , Log Sheet And Other Register As Directed By Engineer- In-Charge . The Unit Rate Also Include Distilled Water , Grease Etc For Battery Maintenanance , Cleaning Materials Like Cotton Waste Etc . ( Iv ) The Contractor Will Prepare Duty Roster Well In Advance And Got It Approved By Engineer - In- Charge And One Copy Of The Roster Shall Be Displayed In The Notice Board . ( V ) Supplying Of Stationary , Uniform , Tool And Plant Required For Day To Day Maintenance For Sub Station Maintenance All As Directed By Engineer In Charge .
