Mahatma Gandhi University has published Tender For School Of Chemical Sciences - Painting Work- 1 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade:One or more coats on old work 2 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cementpaint surface 3 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ofrequired colour to give aneven shade :One or more coats on old work 4 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and thelike by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth includingnecessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 5 Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws etc. complete:125x64x1.90 mm 6 Supplying padlock 65mm or nearest size (7 lever) best quality. 7 Removing blockages from the sewage line of toilet, bathroom, washbasin, sink, etc. 8 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats wherever required, toachieve even shade and colour.One coat 9 Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approvedquality & make with necessary screws etc all complete.100mm 10 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer -in -Charge. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & locksystem with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safetyfeatures for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measure for payment purpose.the payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .
