Kerala State Electricity Board has published Tender For 33kV Substation Thiruvallur - Construction of Road - Supplying and filling quarry muck in trenches of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m 2 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.-All kinds of soil 3 Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced Cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5coarse sand:3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 5 Steel reinforcement for RCC work including strightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 6 Plastering using 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all cost of materials ,labour charges etc. complete 7 Finishing walls with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufactures specifications -Two or more coat applied on walls @1.25 Ltr/10m2 over and including one coat of special primer applied @0.75 Ltr/10m2) 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations ,footings, base of column etc. for mass concrete. 9 Scarifying metalled (water bound/Bitumeneous) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity. .
