Infopark Smart Space Kochi has published Tender For Replacement Of Ahus At Vismaya Building Infopark Phase 1 - Supply,of factory built floor mounted chilled water double skin type horizontal/vertical air handling units made of 25mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8 mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required, minimum 2 bend GSS/PVC eliminators, cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5mm) cooling coil of 6 row deep, filter section with 50mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air prefilters, belt drive package with TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE3 suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply suitably designed for varialbe frequency drive applications, drain connections, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with PUF insulation, 150 mm dia. dial type pressure gauges (2 nos.)and industrial type thermometers (2 nos.) at the inlet and outlet of coil, auto purge valve (2 nos) wherever required, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. static pressure in mmwg:75-57 TR, 23000 CFM 2 Installation , testing and commissioning of above equipment. Note : Necessary modifications shall also be considered for the supply and return chilled water pipelines to suit the new AHU unit. 3 Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of BMS Compatible AHU Starter Panel Star-Delta starter and BMS compatible Variable Frequency Drive with controller with auto bye pass arrangement.The VFD shall have Frequency controller, Microprocessor based logic controller, integrated Software capable to control frequency. The necessary isolators, single phase preventer, potential free contactors, indication lamps, earthing, mounting frame with inbuilt OLR etc shall be part of starter panel. The VFD shall have IP-20 protection and panel shall have IP42 protection - Motor rating - 15kW 4 Factory fabricated powder coated plenum with double skin AHU constrcution of 25mm thick PUF insulation. Approperate cutout to be made to connect the branch ducts with damper as per site condition. 0.6 thick inner and 0.8 thick outer skin 5 Supply,fabrication , and erectionof canvas connection made out of fire retardent canvas cloth with required necessary fixing arrangements including nuts & bolts etc 6 Supply and installtion of1.2 mm thick GSS ducting (18G) 7 Supply and layingof 3C x 10 sqmm CU XLPE cable. The cable shall be laid over the tray with necessary supports and accessories, along with 8 SWG earthing from the starter panel up to the motor 8 Supply and making of end termination with brass compression gland and lug for 3C x10 Sqmm CU XLPE cable. Stater panel side and motor side gland earth to be provided 9 Dismantling of existing AHU units , starter panel including VFD , power cable , plenum and canvas in all floors ( 1st floor to 7th floor) and accessories manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of all components infront (outside)of Chiller plant building.
