Indian Rare Earths Limited has published Tender For Strengthening The West Side Compound Wall 300M From South End Towards North.; 1 Brick work in cm 1:6 using first class wire cut bricks of nominal size for super structure up to 5.00 M including all cost and conveyance of materials, socking of brick, curing, necessary scaffolding, alllabour charges etc but excluding cost of cement etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement. 2 ReinforcedCement concrete1:2:4 using20mmhardbrokenstonefor Belt, lintel & beametc includingcost& conveyanceof all materials hirechargesfor shuttering, labour chargesfor boxing,mixing, placing, ramming, watering, curingetc complete as perstandard specificationbutexcludingcost of cement & MS reinforcement 3 MS reinforcement bent , tied andplacedinpositionforallRCCworksincludingallcostandconveyanceofMS bars,bindingwires, all labour charges,loading/ unloading charges etc completeas per standard specification. 4 Cleaning removal of old plastering walls including raking outjoints and clearing the surfaceandafterPlastering with cm 1:4, 15mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and trowelledsmooth with neat cement flushing coat including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement. 5 Supplying and stacking ISI mark best quality portland cement (OPC/PPC) approved make including all cost and conveyance of materials, loading and unloading charges etc complete (Payment will be made only for actual quantity ofcement consumed) . 6 Painting the Inside /outside walls of replastering compound wall with Acrylic exterior paint of approved quality and colour (Asian/Berger/ICI make) two coats over the one coat of white cement coating & one coat water based approved quality exterior wall puttyafter cleaning thesurface at all heights and levels including all cost and conveyance of materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding charges, etc complete as per standard specification. 7 Glass coping with glass chips in in cm 1:4,at all heights and levelsincluding all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement. 8 Supplying & fixing Anjili wood planed and framed work for frames size of 12x6mm and Full covering with2 mm thick aluminium plain sheetof Gate shutter etc at all heights using well seasoned anjili wood ,Nuts and bolts, gate clamp and locking system etc including all cost and conveyance of all materials, hold fast, screws etc loading and unloading charges, all labour charges for fixing in position etc complete as per standard specification 9 Sundry & Petty works such brick works such as dismantling of existing fencingMason 10 Sundry & Petty works such brick works such as dismantling of existing fencingMan mazdoor .
