Indian Army has published Bids Are invited for Vehicle No - 01 (Repair of Veh BA No 07D-173270N EICHER) - (i) Transporting the Vehicle to workshop for carry out the following repair replace clu. (ii) Replace clutch disk complete with clutch pressure, replace release bearing, replace clutch finger set, replace solenoid switch, carbon brush and gun metal brush replace rotor plate and Engine oil 11 Ltrs servo 20/40. (iii) Repair to differential assembly for smooth functioning. (iv) Material and Labour to replace spring main leaf, road spring shaft, break lines and spring. (v) Material and labour to replace road spring holding clamps road spring brass bush road spring ball suspension joint lower and upper. , Vehicle No - 02 (Repair of Veh BA No 16C104299W TATA Mobile) - (i) Transporting the Vehicle to workshop for carry out the following repair. (ii) Drain out Engine oil and refilling the new engine oil, replacement of Engine Oil filter and Diesel filter complete. (iii) (aa) Engine oil 07 Ltrs Servo 20/40 (ab) Engine oil filter 01 Nos(ac) Diesel Filter - 01 Nos (iv) Air filter element – 01. (v) Material and Labour for tinkering work on front left side mudguard and painting the same area with existing. colour. (vi) Material and Labour for seat cover front and back incl driver seat with first quality cotton material and floor mate for complete front cabinet area complete. (vii) Repair to Electrical/Light system including replacement of following:-(aa) Head Light handle assembly - 01 Nos (ab) Wiper blade set (02 Nos). (vi) Material and Labour for replacement of clutch plate assembly kit. (viii) Material and Labour for complete alignment of four wheels, balancing and wheel rotation including replacement of front suspension bush kit with checking and testing.
