( Should Provide Price List Of Essential Part ( S ) Along With Hard Copy Of Tender Documents ) Routine Amc Service Following Services Including In The Routine Maintenance ( Quarterly Service ) 1-Cleaning/Replacement Of Filter 2-Checking Operation Of The Control Of The Air Conditioners Such As Thermostat , Relays , Remote Control Etc . 3-Checking Of The All Electrical Parts 4-Checking Operation Of The Drive Motors And Fan 5-Checking Firmness Of The Supporting Arrangement Of The Compressor , Blower , Motor , Air Conditioners Casing And Fixing Of The Air Conditioner 6-Topup Gas If It Required 7-Replacement Of Defective Components After Above Check And Tests . 8-Cleaning The Condenser And Evaporator Coils With Suitable Chemical Solution / Flushing With High Pressure Jet Of Water ( Which Is Necessary ) .
