Department Of Defence Production has published Bids Are invited for Hacking the existing cement concrete - Hacking the existing cement concrete top surface, Cleaning the surface with wire brushes, remove dust and wash with water and applying a coat of cement slurry with cement 3Kg/Sqm. area over the thoroughly cleaned surface as a preparatory course before placement of RCC floor beam etc complete, all as specified and directed by EIC. , Providing and laying in position RCC - Providing and laying in position RCC of grade M20 (1:1 1/2:3) using 20mm downgraded granite aggregate for floor beams, lintle beams & chajja projection including machine mixed, well consolidation including curing etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:- Reinforcement & centering, shuttering will be measured and paid under relevant item. , Providing and constructing brick masonry - Providing and constructing brick masonry 230mm thick with first class brunt clay table moulded brick in superstrure above floor beam in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including racking of joints, scaffolding curing etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. , Providing and rendering plaster to inter - Providing and rendering plaster to internal and external brick/ concrete surface of 15mm thick cement plaster of Mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including scaffolding to the required heights, curing and cleaining of stains on joinery finished to levels, right angles and plumb, hacking the concrete surface as required etc; complete all as specified and directed by EIC. , Providing TMT bars (Fe 500 grade) - Providing TMT bars (Fe 500 grade) in reinforcement conforming to relevant IS in various diameter at all levels, cut to length & bent to required shape, binding spirally with MS wire (annealed) of size not less than 0.9mm dia and placing in position including all lead, lift, labour, tools & tackles, plants & machinery etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Officer in charge.
