Central Reserve Police Force has published Tender For Repair/ Replacement Of Vertical Sewer Pipe Lines Of 2 Nos. 405 Men Barracks (Namely Bhagat Singh And Chandra Sekhar Azad); 1 Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 100 mm dia pipe 2 Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 75 to 80 mm dia pipe 3 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 4 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 5 Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. 6 Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. 7 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. 8 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 9 Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) : Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm 10 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid 11 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. 12 Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. 10 litre capacity - White 13 Surface Preparation: At the mother slab, the surface must be grinded to remove any unwanted materials like waste, sludge or algae. Pressure washing to be done to ensure clear surface for application is attained. Coving at the corners and junctions to be done by means of Asian Paints SmartCare Repair mortar or polymer modified mortar. Water ponding to be done to ensure no leakages are found, if found must be cleared by means of SmartCare PU Injection, plumbing junctions must be packed to avoid any gaps between the pipe and concrete junctions by means of SmartCare GP Grout which must be done by professional labours.Waterproofing: Providing and application of Asian Paints SmartCare ULTRABLOCK 2K, which is a twocomponent acrylic polymer modified high performance coating system having good excellent waterproofing and excellent resistance to hydrostatic pressure by forming a seamless elastic coating which can resist up to 5 bar positive hydrostatic pressure. It has an elongation >220%, tensile strength of 1.72MPa, Adhesion strength of 1.64 MPa and Vapour permanence 0.32 Perms. The coating must be done with a coverage of 0.6 Sq.m/kg. Application: SmartCare Ultrablock 2K must be done over a SSD masonary brick wall with brush or roller.
