(1) sun pinion shaft rwf drawing no.71101441270 0 qty-1 no. (2) gear housing rwf drawing no.711014413510 qty -2 nos. (3) pin & key pin rwf draw ing no.711014411930 qty - 2 nos. (4) planet wheel rwf drawing no.721014412690 qty -2 nos. (5) g ear rwf drawing no.711014412710 qty -1 no. (6) spider arm rwf drawing no.711014413490 qty -1 no. (7) pinion rwf drawing no.701014413540 qty - 1 no. (8) spacer rwf drawing no.701014411950 item no.1 qty -4 nos. (9) spacer rwf drawing no.701014411950 item no.2 qty -2 nos. (10) pinion sh aft rwf drawing no.721014410320 qty - 01 no. (11)the supply should also include sl.no 10 to 2 1 with quantity against each item as mentioned in the drawing. note: (1)the item should be s upplied as complete set in assembled condition. (2) mtc for chemical composition and hardn ess should accompany the supply. (3) all the gears teeth should be profile ground. (4)the fi rm shall be a manufacurer of heavy engineering gears/gearbox and shall have inhouse faci lities for such gear manufacturing. proof of the same shall accompany the offer. (5)the fir m should have manufactured and supplied sun planetary gear of diameter 600mm and above for eot cranes of main hoist lifiting capacity 35ton and above to any of the government/ pu blic sector/pvt. ltd. companies.(documentary evidence in proof of supply for at least one s upply in the last three years should be furnished along with the offer). (6)the supply shall be guaranteed for quality, workmanship and performance for minimum period of 12 months from the date of fitment. (7)firms should have certification for iso, iris and other standar ds revelant to quality and manufacturing. (8) offers not meeting the above requirements s hall summarily be rejected. ].
