Make : Blue Star /Hitachi / Lloyd. 4 Supply, install, testing and commissioning ofinvertor type ductable air conditioningsystem, of capacity minimum 10 TR, comprising of indoor and outdoor unit with invertor compressor of capacity minimum 10 TR capacitywith R-410A Gas as refrigerant complete all as specified and directed with following items :-(i) CPVC drain pipingof size 32mm from indoor units till nearest drain points with necessary bends and fittings as per site requirement.(ii)MS Stand for Outdoor ductable unit duly painted with two coats of red oxide over a coat of black synthetic enamel paint as per site requirement .(iii) Cable of size 4Cx 2.5 Sqmm from outdoor unit to indoor unit as per recommendation of OEM as required at site.(iv) Power cable of size 4C x 10 Sqmm from nearest power source to outdoor unit as per recommendation of OEM as required at site.(v) Open and closed cell nitrile rubber for acoustic insulation of thickness 10mmfor insulation of copper tubing from outdoor unit to indoor unit as per site requirements.(vi)GI volume control dumper of suitable size as per recommendation of OEM and as required at site. (vii) Grills with collar damper of suitable size as per recommendation of OEM as required at site. (viii) Fire retardant flexible canvas connection as per recommendation of OEM and as required at site. (ix) Installation of factory made GI Duct of size 24G/22G with angle flanges / support,joints, gasket, bolts & nuts etc complete all as per recommendation of OEM and approved by accepting officer .Make : Blue Star /Hitachi / Lloyd/LG. 6 Note for Item No. 4 and 5: (i) Contractor has to submit the layout drawings of Ducts as per recommendation of OEM and get approval ofsame before commissioning of plant from Accepting officer.(ii) Contractor has to carryout nitrogen pressure test after commissioning of plant and has to submit the test report to EIC duly signed by rep of OEM.(iii) Necessary PCC Work required for fixing of stand including making holes in wall deemed to be included in quoted rate nothing extra will be paid to the contractor for this.(iv) Quoted deemed to be inclusive ofcomplete dismantling of existing UNSV ductable air conditioner (indoor/ Outdoor Unit), transporting and depositing to MES store yard. 7 Material and Labour for fabrication of base stand from MS angle iron of size 50mmx50mm, 6mm thick including necessary nuts, bolts & washers for mounting of outdoor unit of 1.5/2/3 TR capacity Split AC complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fix PVC non-metallic flexible pipe of size 20mm dia along with fixing accessories such as saddles, pipe hook etc, for draining out the water from indoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Supply and fixing in repair sub main wiring in PVC conduit of required size 2 x 4 sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor FRLS with 01x4 sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor as earth continuity wire all as specified and directed.Make : Havells/Plaza/ Polycab. Note:- For the purpose of payment two runs of 4sqmm conductors and one run of 4 sqmm conductor with conduit will be measured as one length. 10 Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in repair copper tubing with nominal diameter1-1/8 inch of thickness not less than 1.2mm for liquid line to connect with out door unit complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply, fixing jointing and testing, in repair copper tubing with nominal dia meter3/8 inch of minimum thickness not less 0.9mm including expanded polythene foam insulation for external insulation of suction line for connecting with outdoor condensing unit complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing in repair MCB Single pole, 230 volts, 20 Amps, B Curve, 10 KA, including disconnecting, taking down old/unserviceable, MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for fix in repair of PVC AC/ box with 20 Amp MCB DP, socket and plug top, PVC, 3 Way complete all as specified and directed.
