Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Maintenance And Repairs To Chemical Dosing System Including Consumables For Water Supply Installations At Afs Bidar.; 2 Supply only Hi strength granular chlorination chemical based with CIAS (Corrosion inhibitor & Anti scalant) , Dry, Free flowing consistent white granules (or powder) and without hard lumps or impurities should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS:10500:2012 in treated and disinfectant water, high strength granular chlorine having 65 % - 70 % chlorine content by mass packed in 45 Kgs non returnable PVC sealed container, 5-10% moisture content , upto 4% calcium hydroxideupto 15% sodium chloridesuitable for treatment of drinking water and swimming pool ( Much more stable than chlorine gas, bleaching power and sodium hypochlorite) all as specified and directed.
