South Eastern Railways has published Supply Of (i) supply of 500 w led flood light fixtures (ii) lantern carriage & structure , supply of 500 w led flood light fixtures made of one single unit body made up of corrosion resistant aluminium and pc as optical cover, offering ip 66 and ik 10 having windage area < 0.15 sq.mtr p er fixture, with operating voltage range of 90 - 300v ac, ip 66 driver shall have high efficiency >90% and have inbuilt safety features like over voltage, short circuit, over load, thermal protection and reverse pol arity protection & auto cut-off; auto restart; withstand 440v ac, with internal surge protection of 4kv l-l a nd 6kv l-n & 20kv (cm & dm) with external spd, with power factor >95% & thd <5%, with system lumen efficacy of >140 lumens/watt from the system & >170 lumen/watt for led chip, with colour temperature of 5700k and cri >70 of make oreient electric or equivalent. led chip make should be of cree, osram, lu mileds. the luminaire should have photometry option of 15/ 20/ 30/45/60/degree/asym to achieve the des ired lighting level at field of play. luminaire should have provision to temporarily affix laser aiming device. luminaire weight should be <10 kg +/- 0.5 (with driver). luminaire make: orient/phillips/bajaj or reputed make.
