Border Security Force has published Tender For Repair, Maintenance And Tightening Of Lt And Ht Over Head Line Bsf Campus Meruunder Tc&S Bsf Hazaribag.; 1 Restringing/ Tightening of ACSR conductor of 7/1,96mm mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. 2 Supplying and errection of ACSR/conductor of 6/1/2.59mm diameter( Weasel code) for OH line. 3 Supplying and errection of 9 mtr long steel tubular pole confirming to 410 SP-33 of IS 2713 (Part-1 to III) 1980 having outside diameter and thickness of section 165.1 x 5.4 mm (bottom),139.7 x 4.5 mm (middle),114.3 x 3.65 mm (top) approximate weight of pole 164kg i/c top , base plate, earthing stand etc as required at site. 4 Supplying and Fixing of 4/5 wire Phase Seperator on exsisting over head line as required 5 Painting of security light steel tubular pole of7 mtrto 9 mtr length, mounting bracket and looping box withone or more coats of superior quality metal primer,aluminum paint and gloss enamelled blackpaint (only lower portion of pole, up to 60 cms)of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade including cleaning & scraping out of surfacewith emery paper / iron brushes etc as per site requirement. 6 Repair of Bottom of Steel tubular Pole with 50x450x6 mm iron angle welding as same etc as required 7 Providing & Erection of RCC/ PCC pole of following length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required. ( Above 6.5 metre and upto 8 metre) 8 Providing and fixing of out door type single door front openable cubicalinspection box of size 450 x 450x 350 mm fabricated with 2 mm thickCRCA sheetduly painted, locking arrangement , including200 Amp bus bar made of 04 alluminium strips of 32mm x6 mm,300 mm length fixed on 08 Nos supporting insulators, mounted on angle iron frame work fabricated with 40 mm x40 mm x 5 mm thick angle iron ( 04 legs of 60 cm each) ,grouted in cement concrete ( 1 cement: 3 corse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including exvation and refilling,connections of incoming and outgoing cables, earthings, complete etc as required. 9 Supplying and fixing on existing poleof 20 Watt Solar LED Light with 12 Volt DC inbuilt battery 18 Ah Battery wit dask to Down application (MNRE Approved ) 10 Supplyingand erection of 11 KV ,5KN Polymer type pin insulator complete with G. I. pin and nuts washer etc. as required 11 Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required. 12 Dismantling of over head lines comprising of aluminum over head conductor, GI wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. 13 Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted) 14 Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20mm X 60 cm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundationincluding excavation and refilling etc. as required. 15 Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required . 16 Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required . 17 Supplying and erection of 75 mm X 90 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required . 18 Erection of LV/MV shackle/pin insulator etc. as required. 19 Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required. 20 Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required. 21 Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. 22 Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required. 23 Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required. 24 Add 1.0633 for enhansement of GST 12 to 18 % on DSR items i.e. item no. 3 to 6 25 Less Amount Retrive materials @ 5% .
