Public Works Department has published tender for repair to drr 25473 b/m drr 1948 s/c and drr 206 strong--repair to rear rolls by way of dismantling the rear wheels and extracting of worn out /damaged bushes, parts p/f of bush rear roll (inner & outer) 4 nos, driving ring-1no driving ring nut & bolt 40 nos, thrust washer 4 nos, rear axle cap 2 nos, grease nipple 2nos. job also includes rebuilding of teeth of 1no driving ring by way of welding, grinding and then finishing it to the required shape and size of driving ring and also repair to rear axle by welding at worn out points and turning to size for fitting of new bushes. assembling and greasing of all parts of complete rear roll assembly (both wheels) after completion of job and thereafter testing it. the job includes cost of material, labour charges, to & fro transportation charges to site as per condition. testing and commissioning. complete job with all taxes, repair to self starter by way of dismantling , extracting of damaged parts, cleaning with petrol, replacement of damaged/warnout parts by p/f of new parts carbon bush set-1no, solenoid switch-1no repair to armature, p/f of bearing of armature shaft, field coil set, assembling and complete testing at site including all allied works. job includes cost of material and labour charges as per site condition and taxes, repair to rear rolls of drr 1948 by way of dismantling of rear rolls and extraction of worn out/ damaged parts and providing and fitting of driving ring 5p11-1 nos, nut and bolt for driving rings- 40 nos, bevel pinion 9p54-02 no each. the job also includes remetalling axle shaft, turning it to required specification. p/f of wheel bushes inner and outer -02 nos each and differential shaft -01.complete job includes cost of allied repair work, material and labour charges., complete repair/calibration of f.i.p by way of removal defective f.i.p from engine, cleaning with petrol and removing the damaged parts. p/f plunger head, plungers-4 no, delivery valves-4no, cross with spacer, governor shaft, nozzles-4 no, calibration of nozzle injector with pump. p/f of pump cam shaft, adapter fuel injection pump, gear, fuel pipe main-1no, diesel pipe set -1no, non return valve, feed pump-1no, calibration and testing of f.i.p. job includes cost of material and labour charges. complete job.
