Dragging The Stabilizer Outside The Pump Room By Deploying Manual Labour And With The Help Of Tools And Tackles. Loading In The Mechanical Transport Using Crane And Manual Labour, Shifting To Workshop For Repairs. Unfastening Of Nuts Bolts And Open The Top Cover And Then Extracting Out The Inner Core Assembly. Dismantling Of Complete Unit By Way Of Chain Pulley Block Tripod Stand To Draw Out Its Damaged Coils. Rewinding Of 01 No.Main Coil With Superior Quality Copper Wire / Strip, Insulation Material And Varnishing Complete. Providing And Fitting Of New Rotary Switch-0 1 No. Input Output Connection Terminal Plate -06 Nos. Providing And Fitting Of New Voltmeter With Selector Switches, Ampere Meter, Phase Indicators Set And Repair To Panel Wiring Etc. Soldering The Internal Connections And Tapping It, Draining Out Transformer Oil From Oil Chamber To Remove Slag. Insertion Of The Inner Core Assembly Unit Using Chain Pulley Block And Other Tools & Tackles. Refilling Of Transformer Oil After Filtering And Dehydrating It By Heating At Optimum Temperature And Topping Additional 60 Litres Transformer Oil. Shifting Back To Stabilizer At Site Of Installation After Repair By Using Manual Labour, Mechanical Transport And Crane. Making Electrical Connection And Testing On Full Load At Site.
