Dismantling The Induction Motor And Separate The Rotor And Stator, Then Shifting The Pump And Rotor Along With Side Covers Outside Pump Room And Loading In Mechanical Transport By Means Of Hydra Crane And Manual Labour For Carriage To Workshop And Unloading There. Job Involves Repair To Side Cover Of Rotor By Way Of Fabrication / Fitting Of Ci Sleeves And Finishing Them To Bearing Size. Providing / Fitting Of 2 No. Bearings 6319On De And Nde Sides And Greasing Them Properly. Job Also Involves Repair To 50000 Gph X 130Mtrs Head Hc Pump By Complete Dismantling Of Pump And Segregating The Damaged Parts.Repairing The Pump By Way Of Replacing The Damaged Parts By Providing And Fitting Of 2 No. Bearing 6410On De And Nde.
