( Ii ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Doing Minor Nature Of Complaints Viz ( I ) Cleaning Of Air Filters Of Fcu , ( Ii ) Stopping Of Leakage Of Glycol By Providing Teflon Tap Or Suitable Packing Or M-Seal As Per The Requirement Of Site From Any Place Of The System Of Chs , ( Iii ) Attending Any Nature Of Chs Complaints And Rectification Thereof , ( Iv ) Repair Of Insulation Of Pipe Line Of Chs By Binding It With Transparent Adhesive Tap , ( V ) Tightening Of Any Loose Electrical Connection From Lt Panel / Fcu , Cleaning Of Contractors , All As Directed At Site . ( Iii ) Installation Shall Be Maintained And Operated Round The Clock Including Sunday And Holidays . ( Iv ) Operating Dg Set ( Stand By ) As And When Required Or Main Supply Goes Off Including Maintenance Of Dg Set And Maintaining Daily Log Sheet .
