Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Special Repair/Replacement Of Centrifugal Pump Sets And Submersible Pump Sets Against Ber At Samba; 1 Dismentling/Taking up old unserviceable submersible pump sets and lowering pipe flange type of any size of any depth with pump set of any capacity after disconnecting the electric supply by mannual or mechanical means andwater connections and deposit to MES STORE YARD, complete all as specified anddirected. 2 Dismentling old unserviceable centrifugalpump sets and electric motor 125 HP, Disconnectall electrical connections and water connections and deposit to MES STORE YARD,complete all as specified anddirected. 3 Dismentling old unserviceable centrifugalpump sets and electric motor 75 HP, Disconnectall electrical connections and water connections and deposit to MES STORE YARD,complete all as specified anddirected. 4 Dismentling old unserviceable centrifugalpump sets and electric motor 40 HP, Disconnectall electrical connections and water connections and deposit to MES STORE YARD,complete all as specified anddirected. 5 Supply Instalation,lowring,testing and commissioning submersible pump set and electric motor 20 HP ,discharge 6000 GPH 150 MTR HEAD,Pump impeller:- SS,Shaft:- SS,Stage:- 16, DEL:-65MM complete all as specified anddirected. 6 Supply Instalation,testing and commissioning Centrifugal pump set with iron body bronze impeller stainless steel shaft directly coupled through coupling suitable for 3 phase, air cooled induction motor 125 HP ,440V,50HZ , 1440RPM ,Discharge cap 31.25LPS at 160 mtr Head,Stage 7Coup ,including foundatation/PCC Base/GRD ,iron garder,bolts, Plaster work ,finshes work,connected to existing pipe line,foundation complete as per manafactures recommadations complete all as specified anddirected. 7 Supply Instalation,testing and commissioning Centrifugal pump set with iron body bronze impeller stainless steel shaft directly coupled through coupling suitable for 3 phase, air cooled induction motor 75 HP ,440V,50HZ , 1440RPM ,Discharge cap 13000 GPH at 135 mtr Head,Stage :-10, including foundatation/PCC Base/GRD ,iron garder,bolts, Plaster work ,finshes work,connected to existing pipe line,foundation complete as per manafactures recommadations all as specified and as directed by engr-in -charge.including foundatation/Base/GRD ,iron garder,bolts,complete as per manafactures recommadations complete all as specified anddirected. 8 Supply Instalation,testing and commissioning Centrifugal pump set with iron body bronze impeller stainless steel shaft directly coupled through coupling suitable for 3 phase, air cooled induction motor 40 HP ,440V,50HZ , 1440RPM ,Discharge cap 6000 GPH /HEAD 135 Mtr ,Stage:-12,including foundatation/PCC Base/GRD ,iron garder,bolts, Plaster work ,finshes work,connected to existing pipe line,foundation complete as per manafactures recommadations all as specified and as directed by engr-in -charge.including foundatation/GRD ,iron garder,bolts,complete as per manafactures complete all as specified anddirected. 9 Supply & Fixing Star delta starterwith safety control i.e single phase prevenetor, thermal over load relay , low voltage coil,analylog meter having by pass capacity switch , star detla delay timer suitablefor 125 HP MU-G125 FASD centrifugal pump, complete all as specified anddirected. 10 Supply & Fixing Star delta starterwith safety control i.e single phase prevenetor, thermal over load relay , low voltage coil,analylog meter having by pass capacity switch , star detla delay timer suitablefor 75 HP MU-G75 FASD centrifugal pump, complete all as specified anddirected. 11 Supply & Fixing Star delta starterwith safety control i.e single phase prevenetor, thermal over load relay , low voltage coil,analylog meter having by pass capacity switch , star detla delay timer suitablefor 40 HP MU-G40 FASD centrifugal pump, complete all as specified anddirected. .
