E . , Compilation Of The Reports And Returns , Various Data , Generation Of Reports , Keeping Record Of The Progress Of Works , Stores And Entering Of Data In Computers , Uploading / Loading Of Data On Internet , To Maintain Srl Number Of Files , Opening Of New File According To Main Heading Of The Subject Dealth With Various Sections , Each Letter In Files And Serially Numbered With Back Refererence / Forward Reference , Docket / Index Sheet And Updating Of Files Etc .
