Military Engineer Services has published Outsourcing For Conservancy , House Keeping And Security Services For Offices And Installations Of Hq Chief Engineer Zone Udhampur And Ge ( North ) Udhampur At Udhampur Cantt , Outsourcing The Services Of Data Entry By A Computer Qualified Person In Terms Of Typing Of Letters Compilation Of Various Data , Generation Of Reports , Keeping Of Records Of Progress Of Wks Or Any Other Misc Duties As Directed By The Officer-In-Charge In The Offices As Mentioned On All Working Days During Working Hrs All As Reqd And Directed . Note :- Data Operator Shall Attend Office For Each Working Days As Per Office Timing . Data Operator Shall Be Deployed In Office Whereever Required Basis As Decided By The Officer-In-Charge Of Particular Office . The Brief Scope Of Work Is As Under: ( I ) Data Entry :- Maint Of The Reports And Returns Include Data Entry In Terms Of Compilation Of Various Data , Generation Of Reports , Keeping Record Of Prog Of Wks , Stores Etc . ( Ii ) Typing Of Letters / Reports And Photocopies Of Various Documents , Letters , Etc As Directed By Concern Officials . ( Iii ) Maintenance Of Updating Of Files / Register Etc All As Directed By Officer -In-Charge Detailed By Respective Head Of Office / Section . , ( A ) Cost Of Attendance Register , Printed Work Diary / Entry Pass And Any Other Stationaryy Reqd Is Provided By The Contractor And The Rates Quoted For The Above Are Included In The Quoted Rates And No Extra Cost Shall Be Claimed And Shall Be Entertained On This Account . ( B ) There Should Be Proper Dress Code Of Persons Deployed As Per Direction Of Officer-In-Charge . ( C ) Penalty :- In Case Of Absense Or Not Carrying Tasks As Defined The Penalty Shall Be Imposed @ 1 . 5 Times Of Unit Quoted Rates Per Person Per Day . ( D ) In Case Of Poor Performance Of Any Person Deployed Department Reserve Right To Remove From Depolyment And In That Case New Qualified Person Shall Be Provided Within Two Days Form The Date Of Removal Without Any Extra Cost . , ( E ) Being Defence Installation , The Contractor Shall Ensure That Antecedents Of The Personnel Deployed Are Verified Through Concerned Police Authorities Before Their Deployment . The Character And Antecedent Verification Report Of Each Employee Deployed By The Contractor Should Be Submitted . ( F ) No Person Shall Be Allowed To Be Deployed By The Contractor Until The Contractor Submits The Qualificatioon And Experience Documents Of Their Data Operator Employees . ( G ) Contractor Shall Submit All Documents Before Receipt Of Work Order ( Aadhar Card , Police Verification And Bank Pass Book Aadhar Linked Copy ) Of Each Worker Intend To Deploy On Work . , ( H ) Attendance Register Alongwith Daily Work Performed Sheet To Be Submitted Duly Signed For Processing Of Rars / Paymemt . ( I ) Minimum Fair Wages As Per Govt Rules Are To Be Paid All Labour Deployed . Above Task Shall Be Carried Out By Deploying 02 Nos Of Data Entry Operator . ( 02 For Ge ( North ) ) . , Outsourcing Of Conservancy Services For Internal Area Of Offices Mentioned As Under On All Working Days During Working Hrs . Conservancy Services Shall Encompass Cleaning , Sweeping / Mopping Of Offices And Installatioins Including Re-Arranging Of Furniture Thereafter , Cleaning Of Toilets Including Disinfection , Disinsfection Of Rooms , Cleaning Of Window Pans , Doors And Windows , Removal Of Cob-Webs , Etc . The Brief Scope Of Work Is As Under: ( I ) Brooming Complete Office Complex Including All Rooms , Open Area , Toilets Shall Be Clean On Daily Basis On All Working Days And Shall Be Present In Office During Working Hours . ( Ii ) Cleaning Of Toilets Twice A Day . ( Iii ) Disinfection Of Room And Cleaning Of Windows , Glass Panes , Doors Etc . ( Iv ) Dusting Of Tables / Chairs And Other Office Furniture On Daily Basis & Re-Arranging Of Furniture Etc After Cleaning . , ( V ) Cleaning Floor Of Rooms / Corridor Etc By Wet Cloth ( Pochha ) With Disinfection Cleaner Agents On Daily Basis . ( Vi ) Removal Of Cob-Webs On Daily Basis . ( Vii ) Ensuring Security Of Office Equipments And Installations During Cleaning Activities Shall Be Fully Responsibility Of Contractor . Approx Area Are As Under:- Hq Chief Enginner Zone Office Complex Including All Rooms , Corridors , Common Areas , Mt Area , Garages Including 5 Nos Toilets . Note:- The Following Deemed To Be Inclusive In Quoted Rates:- ( A ) The T & P Reqd For The Conservancy Services Shall Be Provided For Each Office Complex By Contractor Without Any Extra Cost . ( B ) A Daily Work Completion / Approval Register Shall Be Maintained By The Contractor And Daily Acknowledgement Taken For Satisfactary Completion By Officer-In- Charge Of Respective Office Nominated By Each Head Of Office . , ( C ) Cost Of Attendance Register , Printed Work Diary , Material Register / Security Or Entry Passes And Any Other Stationary Reqd Is To Be Born By The Contractor And The Rates Quoted For The Above Are Included In The Quoted Rates And No Extra Cost Shall Be Claimed And Shall Be Entertained On This Account . The Brief Scope Of Work Is As Under: Note:- The Contractor Shall Deploy Three ( 03 ) Chowkidar Per Day For 03 Shifts In Each Location I . E . One Chowkidar Per Shift Of Eight Hours Round The Clock .
