Military Engineer Services has published Tender For Repair Of Parking Shed With Hard Standing And Path Work In Domestic Area Under Ge (Af) Srinagar.; 1 Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (Posts embedded in concrete), any type masonry, etc.), complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, made out of angle / Hollow pipe / tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron, gusset plates, rails, braces etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (gde-E-250) Quality, confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed. 4 S&F Rolled Mild steel sections as Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, Type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 6 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing AC sheet, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Preparation of old steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition ofcement concrete (unreinforced)in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and direction. 12 M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , rubber moulded with laquer polish for extra shine, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for 10mm thick vitrified parking tiles heavy duty, exterior grade, textured finished of size 300X300mm over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in edges of interlocking tiles /chequered tiles, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded orchamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule A Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 1,65,900.00 during AOC.
