Rebuilding / Reconditioning Of Impeller And Impeller Shaft By Metalling With High Class Rod At All Worn Out Portions And Then Machining Turning, Finishing To True Size Along With Repairs Reconditioning Of Key Ways Of Impeller And Impeller Shaft, Also Necessary Repairs To Bearing Housing And Gland. P / F Of Gland Cups In Place Of Damaged As Size & Specifications, P / F Of Gland Packing And Sheet Joints. Job Includes Dismantling The 50 H.P Motor By Separating Side Covers, Complete Varnishing Of Motor And Then Heating The Stator To Achieve The Exact Ir Value. P / F Of New Sleeves On The Side Covers With Turning, Making To Bearing Size And P / F Of New Bearings And Then Assembling The Motor. Providing & Fitting Of New Star Coupling Of L-190 Along With Its Bush. Assembling The Complete Unit On The Base Plate & Fitting The Suction And Delivery Side Pipe After P / F Of Nuts, Bolts, Washers & Gasket In Place Of Worn Out / Damaged After Then Testing The Pump On Load. Job Also Includes Providing And Fitting Of 3” Dia Sluice Valve In Place Of Damaged In The Delivery Pipe. It Includes Charges For Testing, Commissioning, Disengaging And Refitting, Installation Of Pump. Complete Job. 2 Providing & Fitting Of 4 Inches Dia.
